Creating the default agency representative account and member profile under their name. This includes the login email and group password.
Distributing the members area login information to the rest of the members.
Managing the account and profile information in the members area.

Note: the account representative may be changed at any time when logged into the members area
Warning: Never use a personal password you use for other websites as you will be distributing this to your entire department.
